Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, including power tools and other machinery.
- Assist with plastering and masonry tasks as required for restoration projects.
- Perform caulking to seal joints and gaps in various structures.
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects to enhance aesthetics and functionality.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating material needs accurately.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial painting or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation is essential.
- Knowledge of plastering, masonry, and restoration techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
