DSSI is hiring production operators to join a hard working team! As a Production Worker, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, responsible for ensuring efficient assembly line operations and maintaining high-quality standards. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your core skills in factory processes and mechanical knowledge will be essential in performing tasks such as assembly and equipment operation.
Shifts Available:
1st: 4:30 am- 2:30 pm @ $15/hour
Requirements:
- Background check
- Drug Screen
- Steel-toed shoes
- Must be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States for ATF regulations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform shaped charge or gun loading assembly procedures in a moderate to fast pace hands-on assembly process.
- Performs duties in a safety-intensive environment where everyone’s safety is paramount.
- Works on a team, while maintaining a clean and well-organized work area.
- Complies with safety, quality, and job-specific policies and procedures and takes appropriate action when they are aware of any non-conformance.
- Demonstrates that they can meet the position's general requirements and job duties with normal supervision.
- Performs normal requirements for operating production presses.
- This position requires on-site presence to perform the essential duties.
