Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
• Handle materials efficiently, including loading and unloading shipments, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
• Operate heavy equipment safely, including clamp trucks and other machinery as required.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, ensuring all products are accurately documented and stored.
• Execute order picking tasks with precision, preparing items for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve processes.

Skills

• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems for tracking inventory.
• Strong materials handling skills with experience in operating RF scanners for efficient order processing.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
• Experience operating clamp trucks, heavy equipment, order pickers, and pallet jacks safely.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift

Salary : $17 - $18
