POSITION :
Campus Director of Curriculum and Instruction (DCI)
GRADE LEVEL :
Hiring for both middle school and high school positions
LOCATION :
Hiring at multiple locations.
SALARY :
72,000-$87,000 based on years of aligned experience, up to 10 years. We also offer a relocation stipend for anyone joining us from 75 miles or more from Denver!
STATUS :
Full-time, year-round, benefits eligible, exempt, in-person position (Denver, CO)
START : Summer 2025.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Curriculum and Instruction (DCI) is the leader of coaching for the teachers at their school site. They are responsible for coaching and managing people in order to achieve excellent academic outcomes for all students. The DCI role supports our belief in the human condition, that every human being strives to be fully known for who they are and the unique contribution they make to the human story. In addition to this, the DCI, in partnership with the School Leadership Team, is responsible for the school’s results.
The DCI is the coach and manager of 12-15 teachers, but may vary by campus and need.
