AVAILABLE COACHING POSITIONS
- Boys Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach
- Season Dates: 2/1/2025 - 5/1/2025
- Stipend Amount: $2,000 - $3,500
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated belief in all students and the mission of DSST.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities at one time.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Knowledge of the game and passion for sportsmanship.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Coaching Experience
- Experience working with diverse age groups and skill levels.
- Knowledge of sports nutrition and injury prevention.
THE ROLE
- To live and model the school’s core values with colleagues, students, parents, officials, fans, and the larger community
- To reinforce the school’s core values, guiding philosophy, rules, and school spirit
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual athletes and the team.
- Conduct regular training sessions, focusing on technique, strength, endurance, and skill development.
- Organize and oversee team practices, competitions, and events, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
- All coaches must be willing and able to be trained and approved to drive our activity buses.
