On-Site Property Manager

We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and experienced ONSITE Property Manager to join our growing team, this onsite property is for a 2 tower high rise condominium. This full-time role requires proven leadership skills and a collaborative mindset to address challenges effectively and ensure exceptional service.

This candidate will lead and support a team of maintenance and support staff, maintaining our commitment to boutique, client-focused service.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Florida CAM License required
• Highly developed organizational skills and ability to multitask
• People Leader: Must have proven previous “people leader” experience to oversee the work of property managers, provide guidance, and ensure each property is being efficiently run
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, able to communicate ideas and concepts clearly, concisely, and collaboratively
• Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and ability to work directly with residents in a professional manner
• Budget and Financial Oversight: Manage financial performance for multiple properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
• Compliance: Ensure that all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards and building codes.
• Reporting: Provide reports to senior leadership on property performance, including financials, maintenance needs, and tenant satisfaction.
• Ability to run all association required meetings effectively and efficiently and produce accurate meeting minutes

Preferred Experience:

• Customer service: 5 years
• Property Management: 10 years (Required)
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Vantaca management software preferred

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
