Job Description Technology Solution Lead - Blue Prism Location: Florida - Remote Get To Know The Team: Fast-paced team that continuously solves problems through technology for financial institutions. What You Will Get To Do: Analyze existing applications and identify opportunities for Blue Prism integration and consolidation to streamline processes and reduce complexity. Participate in a cross-functional team to evaluate existing manual workflows and identify opportunities for intelligent automation transformation. Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can be leveraged to enhance the organization's technology stack and improve overall performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives. Lead the design, development, and deployment of integrated applications and systems. Mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into easily understandable terms. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the organization's technology solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 8 years of experience in software development, application integration, or a similar role. 5 years of relevant work experience directly applying automation to business solutions. Preference given to experience applying solutions within the US Financial Services Industry Proven and demonstrable experience writing simple to complex code in RPA platforms such as Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, etc. Preferential consideration for candidates holding active BluePrism ‘Developer’, UI Path ‘RPA Developer’, or higher certifications. Strong leadership skills and experience managing technical teams. Expertise in modern programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#. In-depth knowledge of application integration techniques, such as APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture (SOA). Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or private clouds. Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovatively. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
