Summary
DSV is seeking a skilled forklift operator to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of forklifts in a fast-paced environment. As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods in our warehouse.
- Operate various types of forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve goods in a warehouse setting
- Load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts
- Check inventory, inspect goods, and report any damages or discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics
- Fluent in English (oral and written
- Basic computer skills required

For this position, the expected base pay is: $14.00 - $18.75 / Hourly. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
