Full Time Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and onboard new employees, providing thorough employee orientation.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is maintained and organized.
• Assist in retail sales processes, including cash register operations.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role is preferred.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
