Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The Proposal Estimator will be measured on the following KPIs:
- Meeting bid date schedules and deadlines.
- Preparing responsive bid submissions.
- Ensuring compliance with all bid requirements.
Required Skills:
- Experience with residential construction is strongly preferred.
- College education in Construction Management or equivalent is required.
- Excellent written and verbal skills are required.
