Experience Requirements : 3 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience in a hospital setting. Must have experience with postpartum, couplet care, and circulating for C-Sections. Experience Preferred : 5 years of RN experience License / Certification : AK state license (highly preferred to be active or in process at time of submittal), BLS, ACLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring Floating Requirements : to all departments when necessary Weekend Requirements : 4 weekend shifts per 6-week period On-Call Requirements : 3 shifts in 6-week period Holiday Requirements : Per unit's needs New Graduate? No Free 1 bedroom housing included! Pet units are not available. Up to 14 days of time off may be requested, including max of 4 weekend shifts. All RTO must be requested at time of submittal
