Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating and managing company land data associated with surface agreements, rights of way, leases, contracts, and other land-related documents. The Senior Land Data Scientist will lead data collection, data extraction and analytics projects that will transform data into actionable insights and solutions for the Land Team.

Job Summary

The Senior Land Data Scientist will lead data collection, data extraction and analytics projects that will transform data into actionable insights and solutions for the Land Team.
Key Accountabilities
- Extracting land data and transferring into a new format to make it more appropriate for analysis
- Building tools to automate land data collection
- Collecting land data through means such as analyzing business results or by setting up and managing new studies
- Partner with various departments and business leaders to articulate business requirements for data analyses
- Assist with organizing land files during Acquisition, Construction and Operations of the Midstream Assets
- Performs updates to the database for the Land Region.
- May perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree and/or five years’ experience in the oil/gas industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of databases and data management
- Knowledge of electronic document management systems is a plus.
- Strong computer and software skills including in MS Word and Excel.
- Work well with others and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Detail oriented and accuracy is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
