Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Patrol Officers, Floor Hosts and Security Officers to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety and security within assigned areas, preventing loss, and ensuring a secure environment for all individuals. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to upholding law enforcement standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to deter and detect criminal activity or unauthorized access.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to identify suspicious behavior and respond appropriately.
- Engage in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and property damage.
- Manage conflicts with professionalism and de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed in emergency situations.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure community safety.
- Maintain a high level of visibility while on duty to promote a sense of security among patrons and staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required based on patrol assignments.
- Must pass background checks and any necessary training certifications related to security protocols.
- Previous Security Experience.
