Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at our Lebanon,IN facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in the warehouse and in the offices.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
- Clean & maintain entrances clean, both inside & outside of the facility. Trash cans included.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
- Must be able & willing to clean inside of the refrigerator's and microwaves in the break room.
- Clean men & women's restrooms 2-3x daily, or as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Disinfecting all door handles to maintain a safe work environment for all members.
Your assignment with DTC
- 120 days probation period
- No weekends
- 8 hour shift
- Monday - Friday 8-4:30 PM

Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
