The Global Operations, Client Services & Administration group delivers world-class safety and soundness for the global financial services industry. The team provides DTCC’s portfolio of core securities and superior transaction processing and client services support in an environment that minimizes risk and cost while maximizing efficiency.

The Impact you will have in this role:
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Management and Delivery Tribes on the coordination of aggregated/integrated roadmap views, the tracking, planning and resolution of risks and issues as well as identifying and managing cross-functional dependencies.
- Facilitate the centralization and automation of reporting processes where possible and relevant; actively collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Agile Tribes and IT to meet business objectives.
- Establish procedures and monitoring controls with a mentality of continuous improvement while demonstrating strong ethical behavior
- Create learning and development strategies to ensure consistent interpretation and application of procedures.
- Identify and drive opportunities to evolve the PM risk framework by iteratively implementing controls along with corresponding technology solutions to mitigate impact to overhead.
- Effectively use the tools required for managing programs and projects at DTCC and provide thought leadership for the growth of the toolset and functionality to aid in PM delivery.
- Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of continuous 8 years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Experience leading change in a Program Management setting
- IT Project management delivery
- Agile experience and certifications are a plus (e.g. CSM, CSPO, SAFe)
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
