• DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). 

We build applications that solve business challenges shared by companies across the financial industry, contextualizing our underlying technologies for the use-cases faced by our customers.

We work to standardize customer offerings and build mobile and web applications such as digital asset investment apps, fund management marketplaces and others. The XD Design Team is responsible for creating a consistent design and experience language shared across all our products.

The XD team has a big responsibility to research, design and craft how the market and customers experience our technologies through the touchpoints that we have. Within this role you will play a core part of ensuring this happens.

• Design and enhance digital products across mobile and web (mostly web app), contributing to a financial ecosystem covering investment, fund management, DeFi, blockchain, and on-chain identity.
• Own the end-to-end product design process, from research and UX to UI, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and behavioral analytics, mapping user flows, system architecture, and experience journeys.
• Develop highly structured, organized Figma files with clear documentation and reusable components.
• Collaborate with PO, CTO, PM, BA, engineering, and QA to prioritize features, refine workflows, and ensure high-quality implementation.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, improving consistency and efficiency across products.
• Adapt to shifting business priorities and work effectively in agile environments.
• Create prototypes, presentations, and design artifacts for internal customers to support decision-making.
• Contribute to strategic product direction, conducting market and competitor analysis to enhance usability and business impact.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, and end-to-end design execution.

• Expert in Figma (structured files, components, design systems) with strong Jira, Miro, and Confluence proficiency.
• Good foundation in user flows, system IA, user story, and JTBD framework.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach—must be a doer.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with internal customers in a B2B setting.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments, balancing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Must overlap at least 50% with GMT 4 time zone and be flexible during high-pressure project periods.
• Required tools – Figma, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Miro, Teams.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
