To maintain strong alignment between IT and the business, we are bringing together all Solutions-focused teams under a unified technology organization, IT Solutions. The newly-formed IT Solutions department combines Application Development and Enterprise Application Support functions, allowing us to leverage synergies to support the Solutions business lines.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and complete automated tests to ensure the quality of software products.
- As a team member, work to understand software requirements.
- Design, develop and maintain automated tests that validate the functionality.
- As a team member work to identify and resolve defects and improve the overall software testing process.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CICD) processes.
- Diagnose and remediate software defects.
- Stay ahead of with new software testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Understand and apply industry-specific best practices & standards.
- Establish level of expertise in the business areas, systems and platforms being supported.
- Responsible for system integration testing, including automation, of newly developed or enhanced applications.
- Responsible for reviewing requirements and design artifacts, developing unit, integration and system test cases, ensuring extensive test coverage for our applications.
- Understand and articulate the business and the value adds.
- Play an active role in translating business and functional requirements into concrete results.
- Responsible for Project Coordination and Technical Management tasks

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Demonstrated ability in application development or system analysis
- Bachelor's degree in technical/computer field or related experience required.
- Experienced in Agile/Waterfall, onsite/offshore work model and coordination.
- Strong experience with automated testing and test-driven development
- Hands-on experience in Java application development
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, etc.)
- Knowledge of Databases and SQL preferred.
- Detailed understanding of smoke testing, closed system, and non-black box testing, as well as regression testing.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques, including unit testing, integration testing, and functional testing
- Hands On experience with test automation frameworks tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. as well as CI/CD technologies (e.g. Cloudbees, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Cucumber, Git, JUnit, Jira etc.).
- Extensive experience with testing modern scripting language-based components.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery processes and tools, such as Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.
- Authority and hands on with backend test automation using Rest Assured/Karate for API testing. JDBC/JPA for database testing (Oracle/ DB2/ Snowflake).
- Experience in writing SQL queries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills.
