Key Accountabilities
- Develop ideas and materials to improve work methods, services, or outcomes, promoting ALARA, error-free, quality, and environmentally compliant results.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and solve problems and barriers to process or performance improvements.
- Work independently, cognizant of organizational structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, and values.
- Capable of project management and coordination, knowledgeable of nuclear power plant operations and computerized applications.
