Main Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of policies in the field of sustainable development and social responsibility, in accordance with ESG standards.
- Analysis and monitoring of social policy initiatives in the national and foreign corporate sector.
- Implementing programs and practices aimed at developing diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being, taking into account research and market best practices.
- Preparation of analytical reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement initiatives that support the company's social responsibility and sustainable development.
- Organization of training and seminars for employees on sustainable development and social policy
- Experience in sustainability, HR, social policy, research or analytics.
- Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Understanding the principles of sustainable development, ESG standards, their impact on processes and modern approaches (in social policy, CSR, HR, interaction with communities and the public sector).
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports related to social indicators.
- English B-2.
