- Work closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to create an environment where innovation and market adaptation are key.
- Encourage and allow traders the freedom to explore new strategies, offering support and mentorship as needed.
- Create a competitive and attractive environment for traders by developing long-term incentive systems, collaborating with quant researchers, and managing resource planning to support team growth and performance.
