- Gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with business partners and technical team members
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how an app will look and function
- Design UI elements for web and mobile audiences, and adjust based on feedback
- Champion UX best practices to improve adoption of new features and capabilities
- Understand and navigate the constraints of certain low-code environments (Mendix, SalesForce, Pega, SharePoint, etc.) and UI design options available on these platforms
- Partner with Digital Marketing on design standards and branding guidelines to ensure a consistent and compliant user experience
