Job Summary
We are looking for a Full-time maintenance technician located in Wendell and Knightdale, NC. This person would work a total of 40 hours a week, 20 hours at one property and 20 hours at the other property each week. Must have tools and vehicle. Must work well in a team environment, must be highly motivated, energetic, organized and results oriented. Must have valid driver’s license, pass criminal check, and drug screening. Must be willing to respond to Emergency calls after hours and on weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
