We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

Job Summary:
QA Engineer with a strong focus on frontend applications, particularly those built with React and Next.js. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and visual consistency of our web applications through comprehensive testing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of modern testing tools and techniques, including unit testing, end-to-end testing, API testing, and performance auditing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and maintain unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library, and implement end-to-end tests with Cypress or Playwright.
- Debug and analyze performance issues using tools such as Lighthouse, WebPageTest, and Chrome DevTools.
- Perform thorough testing of GraphQL and REST APIs using Postman, Newman, or REST Assured.
- Validate CMS-driven content delivery to the frontend through precise API request testing.
- Ensure authentication, authorization, and API integrity with technologies like OAuth and JWT.
- Test React components and Next.js pages to confirm UI consistency and accurate content rendering.
- Conduct cross-browser testing with BrowserStack or Sauce Labs for compatibility and responsiveness.
- Verify routing, dynamic page generation, and caching behavior in Next.js applications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in testing modern web applications.
- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies including React and Next.js.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and integrating automated tests into pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear, actionable feedback to development teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with headless CMS platforms.
- Exposure to performance optimization best practices.
- Background in DevOps or SRE environments is a plus.
Pay rate: $48.38/hr - $58/hr on W2
