WHAT WE DO :
We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration / implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state / local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.
The City of Dallas, Information and Technology Services Department (City) is seeking a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) for a five-year (5-year) service contract for a firm to provide temporary information technology (IT) professionals to augment the City's technical workforce to support technology projects and daily operations.
The City utilizes temporary IT professionals to assist with time sensitive and / or complex projects and to augment the in-house technical workforce as needed to maintain the timely and effective delivery of IT operations to all departments. This RFCSP will allow the City to continue to acquire and retain highly skilled temporary IT professionals to meet the growing and changing need for technical resources across the organization.
General Information
Administers IT purchase and inventory system and management system. Updates and administers asset databases, tracking life cycle of all assets. Receives and manages inventory, ensures security of assets while in inventory. Maintains and manages supplier records, service level agreements, software license information and updates, and assists in developing enterprise-wide IT purchasing standards and procedures. Receives new equipment / software requests and monitors procurement and deployment activities. Verifies financial data (e.g., leased, depreciated or expensed), and monitors and reconciles changes in inventory and performs spot checks to ensure process and system quality.
Experience
5 or more years of business experience in asset management, procurement, finance or related experience.
Education
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
Pay rate : $33-$42hr based on experience
