WHAT WE DO :
We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration / implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state / local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.
DTI has an immediate need for a PMO Lead for a 2yr contract in Texas.
Must work on our W2
Consultant must be willing to travel based on project needs
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to oversee and manage the transition from SAP to Oracle for a large public utility company. This role will be responsible for establishing governance, ensuring project alignment with business objectives, and driving collaboration across stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP migrations, PMO best practices, and change management within a utility or regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Governance & Oversight : Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and manage the overall program roadmap, milestones, and resource allocation to support the successful transition from SAP to Oracle.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Risk & Issue Management : Identify risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring project teams proactively address potential roadblocks.
- Budget & Resource Planning : Monitor project budgets, track financial performance, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Change Management : Lead organizational change efforts, ensuring end-users and stakeholders are prepared for system transitions.
- Reporting & Documentation : Provide regular updates to executive leadership, including KPIs, status reports, and compliance documentation.
- PMO Best Practices : Implement project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools to improve efficiency and execution.
