We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration / implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state / local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

Role Overview
The Recruiter is tasked with the critical responsibility of identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent to fulfil the staffing requirements of the organization. This role encompasses the use of diverse sourcing techniques, including but not limited to, online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and industry-specific databases. The Recruiter will proactively build and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates. Additionally, this position requires close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their specific needs and preferences, thereby ensuring that the recruitment process is aligned with the organization's goals and standards. By leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates, the Recruiter plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, utilizing advanced search techniques to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial outreach, screen resumes, and applications, and perform preliminary phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies, providing regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously improve sourcing processes and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS), track key sourcing metrics, and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Promote the organization's employer brand and value proposition to potential candidates and participate in employer branding initiatives and events to attract top talent.

Bachelor's Degree : A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. This educational background provides a strong foundation in understanding organizational behavior, business operations, and human resource management principles
