Maintenance Technician
Duties and Responsibilities:
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping a facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. A maintenance technician in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment. Their responsibilities include HVAC maintenance, electrical repairs, plumbing services, and general handyman tasks.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of (1) year of related work experience or comparable work environment.
- Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, and general handyman tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- General mathematical knowledge and proficiency with basic measuring instruments.
- Proficient in English/Spanish.
- Offers of employment are contingent upon passing criminal background check.
