Job Overview : The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of common areas of the property. This role supports the housekeeping team and ensures a welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cleaning Duties : Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing common areas, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms.
- Supplies Management : Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
- Trash Disposal : Collect and dispose of trash from common areas and ensure proper recycling procedures are followed.
- Guest Assistance : Provide assistance to residents and guests by answering questions and directing them as needed.
- Safety Compliance : Follow safety and health regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Miscellaneous : Performs all other job-related duties as assigned
