Job Opportunity : Automotive Service Advisor at DTX Automotive

DTX Automotive, a family-owned and operated business, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. We specialize in Fords and fleet vehicles, and we're looking for someone with preferred experience in Ford and / or diesel service .

What We’re Looking For :

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills : Ability to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise : Understanding of vehicle repairs, writing accurate estimates, and ordering parts.
  • Experience in Fleet Work : Familiarity with handling large-scale fleet accounts is a plus.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
