Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of hair services including cuts, coloring, and styling.
- Sanitate workstations and tools to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Utilize straight razors for precision cuts when necessary.
- Offer hair extensions and eyelash extensions as part of your service menu.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments through MINDBODY.
- Assist clients with retail products, applying retail math skills to enhance sales.
- Maintain excellent customer service by building strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance with salon policies and local health regulations.
- Collaborate with other stylists to create a positive team atmosphere.
Skills
- Proficiency in hair threading techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Experience in store management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and health regulations in the beauty industry.
