Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Blue Bell.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our growth strategy in the North American markets.
Your primary focus will be on creating and nurturing contacts with industry leaders to generate and close sales opportunities.
You will engage with customers across all functions and hierarchical levels, from engineers and buyers to CEO's, and showcase our value proposition.
You will also support our key customers with both technical and commercial skills to retain them and drive additional revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing duagon USA's growth strategy in the North American markets to ensure business goals are achieved
- Creating and nurturing contacts with industry leaders to generate and close sales opportunities
- Engaging with customers across all functions and hierarchical levels, from engineers and buyers to CEO's, and showcasing our value proposition
- SUPPORTING OUR KEY CUSTOMERS WITH BOTH TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL SKILLS TO RETAIN THEM AND DRIVE ADDITIONAL REVENUE
- Acquiring an in-depth understanding of our portfolio, including products and services, and keeping up-to-date with the latest developments and industry trends
- Recognizing customer's needs and using your knowledge of duagon's offerings to create proposals exceeding their expectations
- Coordinating internally with relevant decision-makers and expertise holders throughout our global network to create and deliver complex technical offers requiring engineering services
- Scouting for and attending conferences, fairs, and industry association meetings as needed
- Independently managing your sales account and rigorously following the sales process, including CRM data generation and diligent opportunity management
- Developing, managing, and reporting on the sales pipeline within the territory
- Building and maintaining a multi-year forecast and providing accurate monthly booking forecasts with a focus on generating growth
- Working with our partners to identify and develop new business opportunities
