Retail Store Manager

Overview

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our growing management team. We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our NEW store, located in Manassas Mall.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Store Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to: scheduling, hiring, training, inventory control, achieving sales targets, managing all controllable costs to maintain profitability, and ensuring a positive team atmosphere is maintained at all times.

Abilities

• Candidates must have the abilities to: multi-task, prioritize, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must have experience with sales, customer service and are available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to speak English and Spanish preferred.

Qualification

• Legally entitled to work in the U.S.
• Education: Secondary School (preferred)
• Experience: Retail management ( 2 years preferred), customer service (2 years )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
