Jobsite Project Administrator – Dualcore Construction Management LLC
Location: Midtown Manhattan & Various Job Sites
Compensation: $20/hour (Temporary – up to 6 Months, with Potential for Full-Time Position)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Jobsite Project Administrator to support on-site construction operations by managing paperwork, compliance, and administrative tasks. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction project management. The position is initially temporary (6 months) with the possibility of becoming a full-time salaried role, depending on performance and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize daily logs, pre-shift reports, toolbox talks, and other project-related documentation.
- Track and ensure all permits and DOB drawings are up to date and available on-site.
- Monitor trade partner compliance by verifying insurance certificates and ensuring all subcontractors meet required safety and regulatory standards.
- Assist project managers with data entry, reporting, and tracking project progress.
- Coordinate with office staff to keep jobsite records aligned with company databases.
- Support scheduling and communication between subcontractors and project teams.
- Ensure jobsite safety documents are properly maintained and accessible.
- Assist in preparing and distributing safety meeting materials.
- Maintain awareness of OSHA and DOB compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- OSHA 30 certification required; 40-hour SST preferred.
- 1-2 years of construction experience or educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced jobsite environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn project management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
