Overview :
- Founding BDR building a high-performance sales pipeline from the ground up
- Accelerate lead generation and drive outbound sales efforts
- Work directly with serial founders (sold previous company : $380m raised, $100m ARR, 280 team)
- Well-funded by the world’s top VC firms and unicorn founders, specialized in AI SaaS
- Salary range : $50,000 to $90,000 USD , commission of $50K-$80K , bringing total OTE to $100K-$170K
- Additional significant equity package, ~ $60K USD
- In-office 5 days / week : New York City | 7 World Trade Center

2 years of experience in outbound sales (SDR / BDR role)Proven ability to generate 15 SQLs / month and maintain high outbound activityStrong cold calling & cold emailing skills with the ability to handle C-level conversationsExperience with outreach tools like Outreach, Gong, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot / SalesforceData-driven approach – ability to track, A / B test, and optimize outbound effortsHigh-energy and growth mindset , with a drive to break into tech sales and move up to an AE rolePreferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills :
Experience with AI-SDR tools (Clay, Default, Smartlead, Heyreach)SaaS , AI, or B2B Tech sales experienceTrack record of working towards an AE promotion pathHow You Operate :
