Customer Service Representative – Full-Time Position

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent follow-through on all tasks and foster strong relationships with both prospects and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming client service calls in a courteous and friendly manner
- Write new policies
- Handle claims processing and fulfill client requests
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Accurately document interactions and update the agency management system
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to pass a state licensing exam upon hiring
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Work Setting: In-person, office-based
