About The Role
The Strategic Finance Analyst at dub will be a critical strategic partner to the executive team, driving financial modeling, operational excellence, and cross-functional initiatives. This role combines deep analytical expertise with a broad operational scope, requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution. You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, HR, and other key stakeholders to develop and maintain sophisticated financial models that inform critical business decisions. This person will serve as a key liaison between various departments while maintaining a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

About The Role

This person will serve as a key liaison between various departments while maintaining a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain comprehensive corporate financial models, integrating data from multiple business units to drive strategic decision-making
- Partner with product teams to model pricing strategies and product offerings, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives
- Collaborate with marketing to develop granular channel-specific tracking and forecasting models, with a focus on ROI optimization and marketing efficiency
- Lead internal operations initiatives, including development of company policies and vendor relationship optimization
- Support HR initiatives through compensation modeling and compensation strategy development
- Evaluate and model partnership opportunities, integrating findings into broader financial forecasts
- Execute high-impact special projects across various functions as needed by the executive team
- 2-4 years of experience in high-growth tech startups, with early-stage startup experience highly valued
- Exceptional financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Deep understanding of retail investing markets and trends
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Track record of successful cross-functional project management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Competitive salary ranging from $80k-$120k, commensurate with experience and geography to include equity
