Dubak Electrical of Indiana LLC is providing opportunities for Apprentice Electricians to start a career and grow with a family-owned company by learning from mentors and instructors with 30 years of experience. This is a six-year hands-on work and school/study program.The primary job duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Install conduit and wiring (power and controls)
- Troubleshooting
- Repairing
- Assist to maintain electrical systems (power, data, controls, and instrumentation)
- Safety education and following safety rules
- Learning and practicing electrical theory
- Lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing electrical equipment up to 50 pounds by yourself
- Other duties as assigned

- Resumes and applications will be accepted through March 28, 2025. All applicants who submit their resume and answer all the required fields/questions will be reviewed for consideration by the Dubak U Advisory and Acceptance Committee.
- Screenings will take place off site on April 1st. You will receive a follow up email within a week of applying, asking you to sign up for your screening.This screening will consist of a math aptitude assessment, color test, and your construction knowledge of various tools and safety.
- Interviews will be facilitated after the screening process and during the month of May, 2025.
- Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by the first week of June, 2025.
- School will begin on July 7, 2025 and on-the-job training will begin in early September. Students will work year-round and attend classes from August through May with a break from classes in December and during the summer months.
- Our plan is for Core Training to take place at our soon to be completed facility in Plainfield, IN. However, in the event the facility is not completed by July, our Core Training will take place at our La Grange Park, IL. location beginning on July 7, 2025 through August 1, 2025. Should this be the case, the company will pay for your accommodations for the 4 weeks while in Illinois (Monday-Friday) for training purposes.
- Free electrical education while working full-time for Dubak Electrical of Indiana LLC
- $17.00/hour for the first 4 weeks of Core, then $18.00/hour. After the start of Level One, apprentices will have performance evaluations every 6 months during the Apprenticeship

- No experience required, but individual must have a strong passion for becoming a Journeyman Electrician
