About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead our construction projects and field personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction and management, with the ability to effectively direct construction activities and ensure timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish performance goals and review project documents, plans, and specifications to direct construction activities.
- Resolve conflicts related to construction and personnel concerns, promoting a positive team work environment.
- Maintain safe work practices in accordance with OSHA, company, and client site specific safety standards.
- Conduct daily safety huddles and ensure the safety of all employees on the project.
- Coordinate installation methods of civil, mechanical, and electrical works to prevent physical interference of the final installed product.
- Provide technical assistance to colleagues and recommend construction methods as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Foreman.
- High school or equivalent education.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- A high regard for personal safety and the safety of others.
- Willingness to travel for short periods.
