What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator-Prefab position at Dubak Electrical?
Dubak Electrical Group is adding a Prefab Project Coordinator to perform administrative and project related duties for the Prefab Project Manager and the Prefab team at our La Grange Park, IL. corporate office.
This position requires great attention to detail and organization of many ongoing tasks to be performed simultaneously. This position also requires both a willingness to undertake organizational responsibilities on a regular basis and an ability to work with client proposals, marketing collateral, construction documentation, and select legal documents.
Strong understanding of or determination to learn the corporate and industry practices, processes and standards and their impact on project activities will be necessary.
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Possess strong customer service skills by communicating professionally with our customers
- Must be a self-starter and accountable to meet timely deadlines.
- Schedule/facilitate meetings for the Prefab Project Manager
- Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office software, including Excel
- Proficient computer skills and must be a quick learner with Project Management or scheduling software MS Project
Complete timely, accurate job costings weekly - Handles all administrative duties with limited supervision; organizes and expedites workflow, and initiates follow up actions
- Possess strong time management skills and be able to prioritize
- Ability to identify potential issues and collaborate to resolve them quickly
- Must be a strong collaborator/team player to accomplish team/company goals
- Organizational skills are a must
Work Expectations (included, but not limited to):
- Represent the company in the best of light, starting with safety and respect
- Understanding an implementing Dubak Electricals’ project execution strategy as defined by Dubak Management
- Ability to plan, schedule, and organize tasks in an efficient manner to meet deadlines consistently
- Involved in training and mentoring new team members as needed
- Develop positive relationships and speak with clients on behalf of the Prefab Project Manager
- Schedule meetings/maximize Prefab Project Manager time efficiency
- Understands and respects the need to maintain confidential/privileged information
- Organize and maintain confidential correspondence/ files and follow up on pending matters
- Coordinate, schedule, and confirm Zoom conference calls
- Ability to proactively problem solve
- Liaison with staff, clients, external vendors, associates, etc. on behalf of Prefab Project Manager as required
- Ability to work well and efficiently under pressure.
- Prioritize and can shift priorities and continue to meet deadlines

Experience:
- 2 years of administrative/coordinating projects preferred
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially have advanced knowledge of Excel
Education:
- Undergraduate degree preferred

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
