Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement: Utilize tools such as Marketo, Constant Contact, and similar platforms to create and deploy marketing assets.
- Email Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns (both small and large scale), focusing on metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
- Content Creation & Editing: Develop, edit, and proofread marketing materials, ensuring alignment with DRC’s tone, style, and objectives.
- Search Marketing: Assist with paid search campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization for performance.
- Data Analysis: Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with DRC’s marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and contribute to overall strategic initiatives.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services or B2B environment.
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Marketo, Constant Contact, Pardot).
- Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns, with an understanding of best practices and performance tracking.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and performance marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver insights.
- Interest in or experience with the legal industry or litigation is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
