Job Summary
We are searcing for immediate hire with 3 Years MINIMUM DENTAL EXPERIENCE for PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT. Applicant must have comprehensive experience in insurance: posting checks/billing/ ins verification/ EOBs to run a dental practice! MUST be able to work in-person to start and after established in the position, remote work is possible!! We are currently looking for an Part-time enthusiastic, caring, energetic individual with great communication and organization skills to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily office activities, managing staff/doctor(s), and handling insurance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of dental clinic operations, and experience in insurance billing and treatment planning.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage office staff, the doctor(s), and patients.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, billing, and insurance verification processes.
- Monitor utilization management practices to optimize patient care and resource allocation.
- Detail Oriented with a supportive and friendly attitude
- Collaborate with dental professionals to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on office performance metrics for review by senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management within a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with dental or hospital environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fiscal management principles related to healthcare operations.
- Experience with JCAHO standards and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software is preferred.
