Job Summary
Dublin School seeks a full-time Assistant/Associate Director of Admissions to join our community. This position is ideally suited for an experienced recruitment professional who wants to join a small, strong, and motivated admissions team in a fast-paced office environment. We seek someone to connect and build positive relationships with prospective families and current students. Experience working with educational consultants, junior boarding schools, and placement directors will be valuable. All employees are expected to fill multiple roles as community members at a residential boarding school. The candidate will be expected to coach or lead an afternoon activity, serve as a residential life duty team member, and be an advisor for 4 to 5 students. Candidates must be willing to live and work in a busy residential community and genuinely love high school students.

Position: Full-time, year-round position reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management. In addition, they will report to the Dean of Students for residential life responsibilities and the Athletic Director for any coaching responsibilities.
Supervisory Role
Supervise the Student Ambassador Program and manage and support the daily work of the Assistant Director of Admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire admissions process with assigned prospective students and their families.
- Travel approximately 20-50% of the time during the travel season(s).
- Plan and manage travel to school visits and secondary school fairs.
- Manage digital presence and develop and distribute marketing materials.
- Manage and execute both virtual and on-campus Admissions events.
- Collaborate with the Admissions Team, Director of Enrollment Management, and Leadership Team on enrollment strategy.
- Cultivate positive relationships between the Admissions Office and all internal and external constituents of the School by being professional, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, and remaining present and responsive in formal and informal settings.

- College Degree and a minimum of three years of admissions experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data
- Experience using Excel, Powerpoint, Finalsite Enrollment/equivalent, orwillingness (if not experienced) to learn.
- In particular, familiarity with private schools (boarding/day schools) is strongly desired but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Proof of authority to work in the United States full-time.
