General Description The job of Secretary IV is done for the purpose/s providing administrative support to the high school site principal and other administrators as assigned; conveying information regarding school functions and procedures; ensuring compliance with site’s financial, legal and administrative requirements; and overseeing the office activies. This job is under minimal supervision and reports to the site principal and operates within the framework of established procedures. Dublin is a suburban city in the East (San Francisco) Bay Area and Tri-Valley regions of Alameda County, California. The city, with a population of approximately 73,000, is located along the north side of the Interstate 580/680 intersection. District (DUSD) serves nearly 13,000 students, from preschool through adult education, in a diverse suburban environment.
