Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Associate Dentist with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience who is highly proficient in restorative procedures, extractions, and molar endodontics. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, a patient-first approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and create tailored treatment plans.
- Execute high-quality restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and bridges.
- Perform simple and complex extractions, including surgical extractions.
- Conduct molar endodontic treatments with efficiency and precision.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventative care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with state regulations and practice protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest dental technologies, techniques, and industry advancements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid California dental license in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
- Proven proficiency in restorative procedures, extractions, and molar endodontics.
