Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders by pulling correct inventory and marking/labeling and loading/staging in the correction location as noted on the customer order. Follow all sales order special instructions (i.e. Attach C.O.A., Mark With..., Palletize and Wrap, etc...)
- Move inventory into the correct location and record move(s) in the ERP System if necessary.
- Responsible for all of the pail inventory and the cleanliness of the UPS and pail inventory area’s.
- Use computer to record moves and process shipping paperwork (i.e. UPS Worldship, Navision, etc…).
- Determine correct loading process to be used to ensure trailers are loaded in a safe secure manor and all hazardous materials are labeled/placarded and staged to meet DOT 49 CFR 172., for shipment of dangerous goods by Ground or Air.
- Will have a certified Fork Truck License and be able to use specialized drum handling equipment for the handling of 55 gallon drums, loading of drums onto pallets and securing.
- Reporting and processing data in an ERP system is required, including but not limited to processing and printing shipping documents..
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have the ability to periodically lift up to 65 pound pails and position them into cardboard over packs.
- You are required to work in typical non-air conditioned hot/cold warehouse environments.
- This position may have other duties as required.

- 8 hour shift
- Rockford, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (Required)
- ERP systems: 1 year (Preferred)
- Forklift Certification (Required)
- Day Shift (Preferred)
