The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Functional/Technical Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation, customization, and maintenance of the CRM, Customer Portal, and Sales Reporting (BI) systems (the CRM solution). This role is on-site at our Corporate Headquarters, located in Sharonville, OH.
They will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, training, and maintaining the solution to meet the customers and organization's business requirements. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of the overall CRM solution and contribute to enhancing customer relationships and overall business processes.

Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for the Dynamics 365 CRM solution customization.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, wireframes, and project plans for solution configuration and development.
System Configuration and Customization:
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM systems based on business requirements.
- Implement and maintain workflow rules, validation rules, and user roles to optimize system performance.
Integration:
- Work with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 CRM systems with other enterprise applications.
- Ensure seamless data flow between Dynamics 365 CRM and other business systems.
Data Management:
- Oversee data migration, data cleansing, and data quality initiatives within the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
- Implement and maintain data governance policies to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
User Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver user training programs for Dynamics 365 CRM system end-users.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing issues, and ensuring effective system utilization.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Document business processes related to Dynamics 365 CRM system usage.
Testing:
- Plan and execute testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about Dynamics 365 CRM industry trends and best practices.
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Dynamics 365 CRM systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and Customer Portals.
- Knowledge of Report systems (Microsoft Power BI and Power Pages preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies preferred
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting within CRM systems
- Familiarity with industry-specific CRM requirements (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) is preferred.
EDUCATION REQUREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer science, Information Technology or business) or Equivalent combination of experience and education.
