As a Behavior Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients through tailored interventions, utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques, and fostering an environment conducive to growth and development.
Duties
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on clients' needs.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral challenges and strengths.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
- Knowledge of patient care standards and practices is essential.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of client information.
