Do what you love! DuBois & King (D&K) seeks a self-motivated marketing professional with 8 to 12 years of experience to join the collaborative Marketing team in a growing professional services firm. D&K provides diverse professional engineering consulting services throughout the Northeast and beyond. This in-office position, with leadership and growth potential, is based in Randolph, Vermont.
We are looking for someone with creative energy and a strong work ethic who is proficient at juggling multiple priorities under strict deadlines while working in a team-oriented environment. Photography experience is highly desirable. Website design or maintenance and online media experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Write, proofread, copyedit, and deliver marketing and promotion materials to include proposals, qualifications packages, press releases, outlines, and agendas.
- Work with the Marketing Manager and Director to manage and procure photo and video assets.
- Mentor junior staff on proposal development and assist with maintaining the proposal schedule.
- Search for, identify, and distribute proposal solicitations as directed.
- Occasional travel to other offices, conferences, and trade shows.
- Develop social media content and schedule.
- Support implementation and maintenance of the firm’s website.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with other D&K staff and external teaming partners.
- Serve as an effective team member of the Marketing Division.
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent work experience
- Strong grammar, and writing skills
- Photography skills
- Graphic design skills
- Mac-based Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Microsoft365 experience
