Calling all entertainers, hype machines, and fearless mic-wielders—the DubSea Fish Sticks are searching for a ring leader for our summer baseball circus.
As our On-Field Host, you’re not just working a game—you’re running The Show. From the first fish toss to the final t-shirt launch, you’ll be the face, voice, and energy behind the nonstop fun that makes Fish Sticks games not your average baseball game.
What You’ll Do:
- Host all between-inning promotions and on-field games for fans of all ages
- Keep the crowd engaged, the energy high, and the timing tight
- Coordinate with the PA announcer, music/sound operator, Gameday Entertainment Managers, and production staff to ensure a smooth, fast-paced show
- Interact with fans, give out prizes, hype up the audience, and occasionally wear a ridiculous costume—it’s all part of the gig
- Lead the timing and flow of the entire in-game entertainment schedule
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player. Someone who recognizes we need a WE vs ME mentality.
- Big personality with natural stage presence and a fearless, engaging microphone voice
- Great sense of humor, quick wit, and the ability to think on your feet
- Keep the energy no matter how many fans in the stands, and what the weather is
- Comfortable speaking in front of large crowds and improvising live
- Strong leadership and coordination skills—this role runs the show
- Familiarity with baseball and game flow is a huge plus
- Available for 29 home events between May 18 – August 2, 2025
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience as a live host, emcee, or performer
- Can ride a tricycle while announcing a contest (kidding… sort of)
- Know how to turn a quiet crowd into a cheering frenzy
This isn’t just baseball—it’s entertainment with a little bit of chaos, and you’re the one keeping the whole thing on track. If you’re ready to lead the loudest, weirdest, most fun show in the Pacific Northwest, we want to hear from you.
