As a Sales Staff Support team member, you will play a key roll in the success of our stores sales by providing excellent customer service and support in sales processing. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail orientated, possess excellent negotiating and decision-making skills and be a quick learner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Write sales orders for Outside Sales Reps and for walk in customers
Write material transfers between stores and place orders for stock and specialty items
Provide sales quotes, handle returns and vendor errors
Maintain inventory accuracy and work with our team to problem solve errors
Maintain inventory and receiving
Provide excellent customer service, including answering phones and greeting walk in customers
